KATERI
CONDON
ACTOR | SINGER | DANCER

Meet Kateri!

Originally from a small town called Horseheads in upstate, NY, Kateri is an NYC-based actor, singer, and dancer. She is currently a senior at Otterbein University, earning her BFA in Musical Theatre. As her graduation date in May, 2025 approaches, she is sad that her time as a student at Otterbein is coming to an end, but she is very excited for what lies ahead and can't wait to enter this new chapter!

Music has always been an intrinsic part of Kateri's life and her love for theatre began when she auditioned for her first musical at nine years old, receiving the role of Wilbur in Charlotte's Web. When she couldn't stop crying at the closing night cast party, her parents probably suspected that this newfound passion might become more than just a hobby.

It was through this musical that she became aware of the unique relationship that exists not only amongst a company of artists, but also between the performers and the audience. This was her first realization that together, we can impact others with our art by instilling values, challenging opinions, and encouraging tolerance/acceptance.
Kateri knew she wanted to continue to try to positively influence others through this special art form for years to come. She has been performing ever since, participating in community theatre as well as school drama club, choir, a cappella, wind ensemble, and marching. Upon being admitted into the Department of Theatre and Dance at Otterbein, she was absolutely thrilled to be able to continue pursuing her passion at the collegiate level.
In Kateri's free time she can be found reading fantasy series or historical fiction, playing the flute, petting her cats, watching the same comfort movies over and over again, hiking with her family, or hanging out with her brother and best friend, Ricky!
